Siemens Healthcare announced the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared two new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) applications – Simultaneous Multi-Slice (SMS) and GOBrain – designed to dramatically reduce the time required for MRI examinations of the brain.
