July 27, 2012 — International medical technology company Sectra will demonstrate its web-based, multi-modality breast imaging picture archive and communications system (PACS), featuring the ability to read breast tomosynthesis, at booth 221 at the 40th Annual Association for Medical Imaging Management held August 12 to 15 in Orlando, Fla.
Sectra will highlight its latest web-based breast imaging PACS that enables physicians to view breast studies across multiple modalities from within a single workstation.
Sectra’s Breast Imaging PACS features advanced diagnostic tools, including integrated computer-aided design(CAD) and reporting, that offers a single-system reading environment for mammographers. All digital breast images, even breast tomosynthesis, regardless of modality vendor, are automatically displayed in the same size with correct orientation and alignment, facilitating comparison of current and prior images.
