August 3, 2009 - The Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a national network of 51 imaging centers based in Minneapolis, Minn., signed a contract with Merge Healthcare to use Merge Mammo 7.2, the newest version of Merge’s breast imaging workstation software.
Merge Mammo 7.2 brings reportedly intuitive viewing protocols and workflow tools that allow each radiologist to display and compare breast images according to his or her preferences. Merge Mammo also manages breast images regardless of medical device type, including X-ray, ultrasound, MRI or CT, or modality vendor used to acquire the images.
The solution will debut at the CDI center in Sartell, Minn.
