Zebra Medical Vision and Clalit Health Services announced the completion of two research projects that allow early identification of patients with bone and cardiovascular disease. Using existing computed tomography (CT) data, Zebra-Med’s algorithms allow Clalit to identify patients at risk of osteoporotic fractures and cardiac events. Both research projects were independently validated by the Clalit Research Institute and will be presented for the first time during the 2018 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting, Nov. 25-30 in Chicago.
