Third annual CME symposia will focus on high-resolution imaging, novel techniques for liver assessment

November 13, 2018 — Canon Medical Systems USA and Applied Radiology will host a pair of expert-led forums in high-resolution imaging and liver assessment at the 2018 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) annual meeting, Nov. 25-30 in Chicago.

The two symposia offer attendees insights and cost-free CME credits through an unrestricted educational grant to the accredited CME provider, Institute for Advanced Medical Education, in the following areas:

  • Innovation in High Resolution Imaging
    • When: Monday, Nov. 26, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
    • Where: McCormick Place Convention Center, room S101 AB
    • Speakers: Vincent Dousset, M.D., Ph.D., Medical News Imaging, University of Bordeaux; Mathias Prokop, M.D., Radboud University
  • Novel Techniques for Liver Assessment
    • When: Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
    • Where: McCormick Place Convention Center, room S101 AB
    • Speakers: Nami Azar, M.D., University Hospitals Cleveland; Andrew Trout, D.O., Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center; Bela Kis, M.D., Moffitt Cancer Center
