February 9, 2009 – AMICAS Inc. has integrated the High Definition Volume Rendering (HDVR) engine by Fovia Medical natively within AMICAS PACS version 6.0, designed to boost productivity through intrinsic 3D functionality, a consistent user experience and a interactive review of large volume data directly within AMICAS PACS.
Fovia’s HDVR solution is engineered to address limitations inimaging technologies, therefore enabling physicians to take full advantage of 3D imaging as part of everyday patient care.
