Medical Record System Speeds Clinical Tasks, Enhances Patient Care

The Web-based electronic medical records system allows physicians and nurses to enhance patient care and reduce medical errors using more than 270,000 clinical data elements such as patient symptoms, medical histories, diagnoses, clinical tests and therapies.
CareTracker EMR enables clinicians to create an individual medical record for each patient through its point-and-click system. Tasks such as tracking medication history or drug interaction, accessing lab reports or electronically filling prescriptions can now be done online through CareTracker EMR's network.
Physicians and nurses can also record structured and customized notes, review previous patient visits and research symptoms or diagnoses using a PC or hand-held device.
