October 10, 2011 — Varian Medical Systems is introducing a new PremierAssurance program that offers cancer treatment centers flexible access to a broad spectrum of services from Varian's customer support organization. The program offers radiation oncology clinics the ability to predict and control service costs through customized, comprehensive service plans; they include technology maintenance and upgrades, help desk support, training and education, consulting services, and site-specific clinic design solutions.
With PremierAssurance, customers can choose support packages at distinct service levels covering four broad areas: installation, service, help desk, and training and education.
Varian highlighted the PremierAssurance service at the annual meeting of the American Society of Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).
