UltraRAD Releases UltraGATEWAY 3.0

March 5, 2007 - UltraRAD Corporation announced the introduction of UltraGATEWAY Version 3.0, the newest version of the DICOM Gateway with enhancements designed to allow the user to increase throughput with added ability to facilitate workflow for the Teleradiology/PACS environment.
New 3.0 features and enhancements that enable managing multiple concurrent users and large databases, throughput optimization, new control wizards, DICOM Compliant 128-Bit Encryption, increased JPEG 2000 Support, DICOM storage commitment, simultaneous inbound and outbound DICOM streams, advanced auto-routing features and reportedly simplistic sign in and installation feature upgrades.
