UltraRAD Corp. and Nightshift Radiology Announce Partnership Agreement

UltraRAD Corp. and Nightshift Radiology announced a partnership agreement to supply high-quality, on-call radiology services. The two companies have been working together over the last 12 months to replace Nightshift’s previous PACS system with an UltraRAD solution.
The solution utilizes UltraRAD’s advanced DICOM UltraGATEWAY, which supplies advanced JPEG2000 compression and optional encryption to route and manage the data flow from the customer site(s) to the multiple data centers and the information to the remote reading physicians.
The open and flexible UltraGATEWAY allows NightShift to build the routing and configuration of the data directly into their reporting and administration system. This makes it seamless to administer a scalable and growing radiology network, allowing simple modification and additions of doctors, customer sites and data centers in a constantly demanding environment. This partnership helps UltraRAD provide a better workflow driven solution for its customers and build a solid infrastructure for Nightshift.
