November 7, 2007 – Phoenix Health Systems announced Nov. 6 it signed an agreement with Salem Hospital in Salem, OR to provide information technology infrastructure management services.
Under the agreement, Phoenix will manage Salem’s infrastructure service towers, which includes, leadership, 24/7 help desk operations, network (both voice and data), desktop and server management from both its Leveraged Service Center in Dallas, TX and onsite at the hospital.
