May 19, 2008 – KLAS named the REGIUS Nano CR “Best in KLAS” in its 2008 Single Plate CR report, earning a high score of 92.2 out of 100, slightly more than four points over KLAS’ CR system average performance score.
The report evaluated single plate CR systems from five vendors and results are based on the interviews of 149 individual healthcare professionals. KLAS compared the five vendors against four categories; image quality; console/tech software; throughput; and cassette/plate quality. Konica Minolta won the top ranking in three of four categories, and was tied for top ranking in image quality.
Overall, Konica Minolta was the only vendor in the study to have all respondents report no missing functionality. The KLAS report further commended Konica Minolta for a solid performance with implementation teams, quality of service and product quality measures.
The company received top ranking in the category, “Ranked client’s best vendor” as well as six 100 percent scores in the following categories:
• Ranked best or one of the best vendors
