The addition of MIMneuro to MIMvista Corp.’s image fusion and display suite allows physicians to conduct quantitative analysis of PET/SPECT brain studies, assisting in the detection of various neurological disorders and dementias, including Alzheimer’s disease. Nonlinear registration enables for more accurate statistical comparisons to a database of age-appropriate controls. Several analysis tools are provided with MIMneuro, including region, voxel and cluster-based analysis. Stereotatic surface projections (SSPs) are also included for targeted cortical analysis. The suite provides a 3-D anatomical atlas, as well as the ability to automatically display voxel and surface-based statistics on fused and coregistered MR or CT.
