A 45cm disposable laparoscopic electrode now has an E-Z Clean PTFE-coated electrosurgical tip used for bariatric procedures.
E-Z Clean is a green nonstick coating used with lower power settings that minimizes eschar buildup reducing excess smoke and thermal necrosis.
The 45cm electrodes come in curved, L-hook, J-hook and L-wire configurations for use on procedures where additional length is indicated. All are available in hand-activated and foot control versions.
