NEC Display Solutions of America Inc.'s 57-inch MultiSync LCD5710 wide-screen monitor is one of the largest commercial LCDs available.
The monitor features a 1920 by 1080 native resolution and a 900:1 contrast ratio. By delivering Full HD 1080p image resolution, along with a high-contrast ratio and high brightness, the LCD5710 offers improved visibility and color uniformity in challenging ambient light environments, NEC said. The monitor has extra-wide 178 degree viewing angles for deep off-angle blacks and vivid colors, improved energy efficiency, an internal clock and scheduler and six-way color control for improved color matching.
The monitor has a suggested retail price of $15,000.
