January 30, 2008 - The Temperature Product Group of Measurement Specialties (MEAS), created by the combination of BetaTHERM Sensors and the organization formerly known as YSI Temperature, announced this month it obtained CE Marking of Conformity.
This certificate covers the 400 Series Probes, which are used in hospitals and medical clinics worldwide and are considered an industry standard. The probes are reusable, general-purpose skin surface temperature probes.
The CE mark was established in 1993 to standardize European countries’ electrical directives into a single set of regulations, eliminating barriers to trade.
