January 11, 2017 — Intelerad Medical Systems announced in November the launch of NorthStar Client Services, which will enrich and expand their enterprise imaging service and support offerings.
NorthStar will be overseen by Michel Desgagné, who joined Intelerad as chief customer officer last summer. Under his guidance, NorthStar will focus on fully understanding healthcare providers’ unique challenges and also provide expert advisors who can effectively tailor customer workflows to increase performance. NorthStar will also focus on delivering faster technical support response and resolution times, and provide dedicated client success managers to help optimize each client’s workflows and ensure their long-term success.
Since Desgagné’s arrival, Intelerad has focused on streamlining service delivery, and have increased their emphasis on client-centric knowledge management and training program development, according to the company. It has also increased its focus on project management and introduced lean and development operations methodologies to continually improve upon our outstanding services. From a technical support standpoint, Intelerad said it is continually improving response and resolution times.
