May 19, 2009 - INFINITT North America today announced that business partner INFINITT Korea has formed a partnership with Toshiba Medical Systems Corporation (Japan) to establish a joint venture company called TI Medical Systems (Toshiba-INFINITT Medical Systems).
The joint venture agreement, signed March 4, 2009 by Toshiba CEO Dr. Kenichi Komatsu and Sun-Joo Lee, CEO of INFINITT, gives TI Medical Systems exclusive distribution rights for Toshiba medical equipment throughout South Korea. Charles Ju, the former CEO of BarcoView Korea, has been appointed CEO of the new company.
The companies anticipate that Toshiba’s current and future customers in Korea will benefit through better access to service and sales support from TI Medical Systems.
