November 19, 2007 - IMIX Americas Inc., a provider of digital radiography products, will feature the IMIX insight line of full-featured digital radiography products for a variety of imaging applications at RSNA 2007.
The line of digital radiography (DR) products displayed by IMIX Americas will include the IMIX insight PanoRAD, a universal, full-function digital radiography system that features a small footprint and innovative stand design for flexibility. It is designed for use in imaging centers and clinics with size and ceiling height restrictions—the system fits in work areas with 8-foot ceilings compared with 9-foot requirements for systems currently on the market. The full-room PanoRAD includes a generator, detector head, and table, along with a fully motorized stand with remote control.
Also featured, the IMIX insight NovoRAD reportedly offers a new approach to radiology room configuration. The system is designed and engineered to provide the flexibility of a dual-detector room with just one detector and includes a unique ceiling-mounted tube support, fixed four-way floating tabletop, and upright stand.
The IMIX insight OrthoRAD is a partially motorized, straight-arm stand, specifically designed for the orthopedic market, that will be spotlighted at RSNA. The fully functional orthopedic solution features tools designed to address orthopedic imaging needs, such as a weight-bearing platform that allows imaging of patients’ feet while standing.
