January 7, 2014 — IDS debuted at RSNA 2014 AbbaDox CRM version 2.0 with advanced architecture, enhanced database design, intuitive graphical interface, geographic mapping functionality, analytics and a marketing toolset.
The new CRM application was designed with the growing number of iPad, tablet and mobile phone users in mind. It supports all mobile Mac, Android and Blackberry devices, in addition to desktop PCs. The AbbaDox CRM application is optimized for radiology providers to measure, manage and grow referring physician relationships.
AbbaDox CRM 2.0 also introduced an innovative interactive map function showing all potential and existing referrers located in close proximity to a provider’s locations. The feature helps executives and marketers pinpoint new prospects with strong relationship potential, while highlighting the locations of practices already referring patients. Map display can be filtered by medical specialty, current relationship status and a range of user defined fields.
The feature can also be used to identify clusters of underserved regions to target appropriate providers for new relationships. Integrating with a RIS, HIS or EHR, it automatically extracts relevant existing referral data in real time and enables monitoring and trend analysis to track referral patterns.
In the near future, the application will provide a built-in database of nearby medical practices in all specialties, hospitals and related medical facilities. The flexible CRM interface also supports user defined fields for such information as payer mix and accepts detailed notes on all entries.
The CRM’s features help sites easily manage prospects and track lead activities. The application automatically converts leads into referral accounts immediately after a patient enters the practice. With alerts, reminders and follow-up paths, it enables users to plan and track all marketing activities and measure their success. Built-in analytics also enable tracking of marketing staff productivity and impact of the overall program.
