GE Healthcare's portable Logiq P5 includes advanced applications and mid-sized maneuverability for facilities with space constraints. Like previous Logiq products, the P5 offers high-definition speckle reduction imaging, CrossXBeam spatial compounding and 4D imaging. P5 is relatively small and light, making it an attractive option for functionality in tight areas.
GE also offered a peek at its new Voluson E8, which includes sonography-based volume computer-aided diagnosis, known as SonoVCAD, and an automated imaging tool. SonoVCAD is intended to simplify volume imaging of the fetal heart by automatically generating multidimensional images of outflow tracts after the standardized four-chamber view has been obtained.
