October 4, 2007 - The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) sponsors Emergency Nurses Week Oct. 7-13 to honor the dedication and commitment of the emergency nursing professionals who bring care, comfort, and compassion to patients and their loved ones.
The ENA invites clinicians to celebrate the week with public activities to inform the community about emergency nursing and enhance visibility of the profession. The ENA offers a planning guide on its Web site, which includes suggested activities, promotion of the events, and Emergency Nurses Week products.
