eHealth Global Technologies, Carestream Health Sign Cooperative Marketing Agreement

July 27, 2007 — eHealth Global Technologies Inc. has entered into a cooperative marketing agreement with Carestream Health Inc. in order to explore unique opportunities to jointly provide health information exchange services, and to promote each other’s products and solutions.
eHealth Global Technologies will provide service-based solutions that are complementary to Carestream Health’s product and service portfolio. The companies are also exploring ways to further leverage Carestream Health’s offerings into eHealth Global’s services.
