April 28, 2008 - Drexel University’s fifth annual Nursing Education Institute (DUNEI) is set for June 26-29 at the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ.
The three-day conference is among the nation’s largest nursing educator forums planned for 2008 and offers a wide selection of course work.
Presenters will uncover the latest teaching strategies, case studies, technology and new original research. About 90 presentations, including basic skills for new educators and advanced topics for seasoned educators will be presented. This year’s expert panels include managing the impaired healthcare professional and addressing violence in the workplace.
Pre-institute workshops will be offered on June 26 on simulated lab case scenario development and debriefment.
