June 17, 2008 – Imaging Dynamics Co. began implementing a contract awarded by the Government of Pakistan to install the X-Series 2200 digital radiography (DR) systems in eight A-Class military hospitals, looking to provide high-quality images using low dose and with a low cost of ownership compared to traditional film X-ray technology.
This is the second contract that IDC has been awarded to provide DR systems to hospitals in Pakistan.
The X-Series 2200 reportedly utilizes IDC’s proprietary CCD-based technology that is the result of over 10 years of engineering research and development.
