December 16, 2013 — Double Black Imaging demonstrated its full line of auto-calibrating LED displays at the Radiological Society of North America Annual Meeting (RSNA 2013). The new line includes 6MP Color and 10MP Monochrome large format LED displays. It also includes 2MP Color, 2MP Monochrome, 3MP Color, 3MP Monochrome and 5MP Monochrome. These environmentally friendly and ergonomically designed LCDs feature four built-in sensors: a front sensor, temperature sensor, an ambient light sensor and a backlight sensor. This equips each LED display system with complete Auto-DICOM Calibration via Double Black Imaging’s X-CAL Calibration suite.
X-CAL Web-based calibration software suite allows for remote DICOM calibration and conformance; luminance adjustment; reporting; MQSA testing and documentation; email alerting; scheduling; and enterprise management. Double Black Imaging also highlighted its new X-CAL mobile application, which allows for complete enterprise control on iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
Double Black Imaging develops X-Cal proprietary display system calibration software to bundle with its WIDE LCD Systems and Graphic Controllers and DICOMetrix PACS (picture archiving and communication system) Performance Monitoring software.
