February 6, 2007 - Viztek Imaging, a health care IT and hardware company, and Del Medical Imaging Corp. announced today a partnership in which Del will distribute Viztek’s line of computed radiography (CR) systems and select specialty medical imaging software applications, enabling Del Medical to expand and diversify the solutions offered through its dealer network, while providing Viztek with new distribution channels.
“With their deep penetration in the radiographic marketplace, Del Medical will bring special expertise to the marketing of the Viztek product line,” said Josip Cermin, founder and CEO of Viztek.

The system may help clinicians improve visualization and workflow and increase patient safety. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on July 25 to mark the occasion.
