April 23, 2008 – The Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery 2008 Congress and Exhibition (CARS 2008) will be held from June 25-28 in Barcelona, Spain.

CARS 2008 will focus on innovative solutions to image and model guided diagnosis and therapy. Fulfilling modern clinical requirements with R&D excellence is the core value provided in 474 lecture and poster presentations included in 66 scientific/medical sessions, workshops and tutorials of CARS 2008, said CARS.
In addition, 90 invited presentations will be given by international experts to provide CARS attendees with the latest developments on advanced methods and technologies for health care. Special events have been included to focus on innovative developments which impact the future of health care.
