Canon Medical Systems will spotlight its award-winning digital radiography (DR) systems and solutions, including the Canon CXDI-50 portable DR system that features a 14-by-17-inch image area with LANMIT (Large Area New-MIS Sensor and TFT) detector technology. Canon’s CXDI control software enables operators to capture images based on a department's specific imaging preferences. Canon optimizes DR workflow utilizing its program-imaging mode, a solution that integrates the RIS with CXDI software and utilizes the procedure Code ID of the RIS to configure the exam. This feature is designed to increase the efficiency and allow the technologist to improve workflow when preparing for the exam and the selection of views.
