The Xeleris 2 is an advanced nuclear medicine review workstation. One noteworthy feature of the system is XFL (Xeleris Floating License), which allows the ability for clinicians to read and process nuclear medicine images from PCs throughout the institution.
The workstation reportedly simplifies clinicians’ workflow by allowing the replacement and removal of other devices. It also updates other GE nuclear medicine cameras, while maintaining compatibility with aged archive media.
The workstation is equipped with a Multimedia Creator that provides a way to provide an electronic record of the patient procedure on CD, Network or e-mail for sharing results with family or referring physicians.
