With more than 2,000 sites across the globe, MR Solutions is now present on every continent bar Antarctica

MR Solutions cryogen free preclinical MRI

January 9, 2020 — MR Solutions is continuing to expand its support network as its base of preclinical liquid helium free multimodality MRI systems become the norm in research laboratories across the world.

MR Solutions has multiple distributors in Japan, Korea, Australia and China. In Europe and Russia there are not only multiple distributors but also specialist engineers. In North America MR Solutions has a U.S. sales office, distributors and specialist engineers. South American sites are supported through three distributors.

As well as this growing network of distributors and specialist engineers, MR Solutions’ head office in the UK provides around the clock support through its online links with every installed system.

With more than 2,000 sites across the globe, which includes spectrometers - the brains of any scanner system - MR Solutions is now present on every continent bar Antarctica.

Fabrice Chaumard, sales director, commented, “We are very conscious that in the rare event of one of our systems requiring a specialist technician on site that assistance should be close by. We will continue to expand our network to ensure we offer best in class support.”

MR Solutions has become the leading force in preclinical scanning through continuous innovation including liquid helium free, high field MRI scanners, solid state clip on PET, ringless detectors and recently a range of state of the art multi-modality CT scanners. MR Solutions remains the only company with an installed base of multi-modality, liquid helium free MRI systems.

All of the 28 models of preclinical scanners share a common animal handling solution so that transfers between different types of scanner is quick and easy.

MR Solutions, based in the UK, has over 30 years’ experience and in excess of 2,000 installations including spectrometer sales across the world. MR Solutions holds the prestigious Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, achieving this for Innovation in 2016 and 2019 and for International Trade in 2017. Its scanners are renowned for their excellence in terms of superior soft tissue contrast and molecular imaging ability.
