National teleradiology service provider will employ breast imaging tracking and reporting software to streamline clinical workflows

RamSoft, Advanced Radiology Solutions, Stana breast tracking software

October 26, 2016 — Advanced Radiology Solutions (ARS) has successfully implemented RamSoft’s Stana software at two of their mammography facilities, Advanced Shore Imaging (ASI) in Northfield, N.J., and CliniSanitas in Doral, Fla. Both sites passed near back-to-back Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) audits with flying colors.

“The RamSoft team is excellent to work with. Their hard work and dedication resulted in two successful MQSA audits for Stana in just one month. We’re happy to say that Stana integrates well into the workflows of Advanced Shore Imaging and CliniSanitas” said Carolyn Zodle, COO at ARS.

ASI and CliniSanitas made the decision to go with Stana based on its proven effective mammography tracking. The facilities had been tracking mammography statistics in Stana since their go-lives earlier this year through RamSoft’s radiology business intelligence app, Essence. Essence returned crucial and appropriate data to satisfy MQSA auditors.

Using Stana, technologists were able to follow their usual workflow, while recording key Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS), breast density and pathology data from biopsy follow-ups. They also utilized Stana outside of image workflow to better manage studies originating in foreign facilities to store and track clean data, and manage patient and referring physician letters.
