October 2, 2015 — IBA (Ion Beam Applications S.A.) announced the second release of its myQA global quality assurance platform. The platform connects radiation therapy quality assurance (QA) applications, people and know-how through a central database and the cloud. It offers full support to its users throughout the entire QA workflow, and provides access to all software modules and data from one intuitive interface.

The first version of myQA was released in March 2015, and version two offers enhancements to accompanying products, including myQA Cloud and a new patient dashboard within myQA Cockpit.

myQA Cloud offers users the opportunity to anonymously benchmark their QA data and connect with users from around the world. This online tool not only contributes to best practice checks, but also gives its users full trust in their results.

With the upgrade of myQA Cockpit, users are able to better track, review and maintain their patient QA data on one interface. This new addition allows users to comfortably monitor their patient and machine QA data in one place and on any Web-accessible device.

Being the first and only of it’s kind; myQA is extending the frontiers in highly efficient and effective QA workflows. With the release of the highly anticipated myQA Cloud, the Support Portal, an even more advanced patient dashboard within myQA Cockpit, and much more, the evolution of myQA is proving its commitment to providing users with the latest and most advanced QA solution.
