Archelon Enclosures iPad Air Software Mobile Devices Mounts for Displays

February 27, 2014 — Archelon Enclosures, a manufacturer of iPad and tablet enclosures for the retail, hospitality and healthcare industries, announced an iPad Air solution to the healthcare industry at HIMSS14.

Archelon’s iPad Air enclosure is custom-designed to fit the tablet’s 9.7-inch display and 7.5-millimeter width. It employs security and mobility, allowing healthcare professionals to expand the scope of their operations, yet keep patient information safe and secure.

The solution is available with wall mount, table top, secure flip and floor stand designs to accommodate specific needs of healthcare facilities and applications. The enclosure includes a lock and key frame that keeps the tablet secure but accessible as needed. Its tri-axial swivel allows movement in multiple planes: up-and-down, side-to-side, as well as landscape and portrait views.
