November 15, 2012 — Matrox Xenia Series display controller boards will power five separate solutions at the 2012 annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). Designed for medical imaging professionals, Xenia Series has applications in computed radiography (CR), digital radiography (DR) and picture archive and communications system (PACS) diagnostic workstations and will be demonstrated at various Matrox partners’ exhibits.
Xenia boards feature native PCIe x16 single-slot boards with up to 1 GB of on-board RAM. They support 8-, 10-and 13-bit independent GAMMA LUTs for precise calibration of up to three high-resolution displays comprising a medical imaging workstation.
Vendors displaying the technology include Ampronix, Carestream, NDS Surgical Imaging, Telemis, USEI and Qubyx.
