Nonin Medical Acquires MedAir AB

Nonin Medical Inc. has acquired Swedish medical technology company MedAir AB. With the acquisition, MedAir, which specializes in developing and manufacturing optical equipment for medical gas analysis, has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nonin Medical.
