August 10, 2007 - OrthoView has signed an agreement with Biomet Orthopedics Inc. to supply up to a 1,000 copies of a Biomet-specific version of OrthoView’s digital orthopedic planning and templating solution to U.S. customers at a special price.
OrthoView is reportedly the world’s most widely used digital orthopedic planning solution, with features such as preoperative planning and templating for all joint replacement surgery, fracture management and limb deformity, and special pediatric tools.
This customized version of the solution has been tailored specifically to meet the needs of surgeons using Biomet implants. It contains digital templates for ninety individual Biomet product ranges, including knees, hips, elbows and shoulders.
