November 29, 2007 - SPO Medical Inc. will demonstrate its new PulseOx 6000 and PulseOx 6100 in the U.S. market Dec. 1-3, at the 53rd Annual International Respiratory Congress of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) in Orlando, FL.
The PulseOx 6000, a finger device, and PulseOx 6100, a hand-held device, were both designed for use by hospitals and managed care facilities. Both the PulseOx 6000 and PulseOx 6100 use patented Reflective Pulse Oximetry (RPO) technology for accurate and reliable measurements of blood oxygen saturation and heart rate, and include the SPO Medical new AutoSpot technology for patients suffering low perfusion. Both products have FDA clearance for marketing in the U.S. and are planned to become commercially available in the first quarter of 2008.
