August 4, 2009 - The Medipattern Corp., a medical software solutions developer, announced Manhattan Diagnostic Radiology (MDR) has entered into a contract for B-CAD-FOR-LIFE, a cost-effective solution that provides all of the separate components that are required to install, train, use and maintain B-CAD, Medipattern's software solution designed to enable breast ultrasound computer-aided detection, under one monthly service fee.

MDR's mission is to provide the very best in definitive diagnostic imaging utilizing the latest technology, in an environment designed with patient care, comfort and privacy in mind. Long recognized as one of the premiere diagnostic radiology centers in New York City and the surrounding Tri-State Area, MDR sets the standard in diagnostic expertise, advanced imaging technology, patient care and referring physician relations.

MDR said that B-CAD enhances its use of ultrasound and ability to report and communicate findings. B-CAD(R) aides in characterizing breast ultrasound lesions and assists in more consistent document findings.

Jeff Collins, CEO of The Medipattern Corporation estimates that over 4,000 patients per month will be served through B-CAD-FOR-LIFE, based upon average daily usage volume, once installation and training have been completed in all the facilities that have signed up for this program to date.
