Konica Minolta's REGIUS 370 DR
July 16, 2009 - Southern California Orthopedic Institute (SCOI) has selected the REGIUS Digital Imaging Suite (RDIS), reported Konica Minolta, as a key component of their conversion to a complete digital solution.
The REGIUS Digital Imaging Suite combines the REGIUS 370 upright DR with either a Nano single plate and/or Xpress dual bay CR reader all operated by a Konica Minolta CS-3 Single Control Station. SCOI’s purchase included the REGIUS 370 DR along with three Xpress dual-bay CRs, two Nano single-bay CRs, four DRYPRO laser printers and a Blue Moon Lifecycle contract. The RDIS is being implemented in SCOI’s Valencia clinic in conjunction with a GE Healthcare Centricity PACS and GE digital imaging equipment.
The RDIS converts an analog X-ray suite to a fully digital operation. It includes a cassette-less DR for upright examinations with a cassette-based CR for table, stretcher and portable studies, providing the ultimate in imaging flexibility. All applications are simplified with a unified imaging platform on a single control station that drives both Konica Minolta CR/DR systems.
