May 2, 2008 — MEDRAD Inc. will introduce a new education program to help clinicians perform prostate MR with MEDRAD’s eCoil MR Endorectal Coil at the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) 2008 annual meeting.
The Prostate MR Education Program, available for healthcare professionals who image with GE scanners, provides access to experienced researchers with reportedly thousands of prostate MR imaging procedures to their credit.
Through MEDRAD, clinicians will have up to six hours of email, telephone, video conference and/or instant message access to John Kurhanewicz, Ph.D., professor of radiology, urology and pharmaceutical chemistry, director of the Prostate Cancer Imaging Research Program and the Biomedical NMR Lab at the University of California, San Francisco and to Nicolas Bloch, M.D., radiology clinician researcher at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, instructor in radiology at Harvard Medical School.
The Prostate MR Education Program may be contracted through MEDRAD representatives.
