MED Series Display Controller Boards Adopted by The Linden Group

January 29, 2008 - Matrox Graphics Inc. and The Linden Group will combine Matrox MED Series display controller boards with its MDM 3 MP and MDM 5 MP grayscale medical displays, in order to produce a high-functionality bundle aimed at radiologists' needs.
Matrox MED Series display controller boards, including the MED2mp, MED3mp, MED4mp and MED5mp, represent a top-to-bottom approach for display configurations supporting landscape and portrait modes. The Matrox MED Series aims to provide advanced functionality and flexibility to the medical imaging market with multimonitor support, improved image quality and robust drivers.
The Optik View line offers 1.3, 2, 3 and 5 MP high performance displays for both color and monochrome medical applications. Built to support the most PACS and modality requirements, Optik View medical displays offer clear and precise images. All color medical displays feature industry leading color/monochrome consistency, 8-bit to 10-bit conversion algorithm and advanced 10-bit technology. All displays meet the most stringent medical, safety and EMC emissions standards including: EN60601-1, TUV/GM, CE, CB, CSA C22.2 No.601-1, VCCI, FCC, *FDA510(K), AAPM-TG18.
