Medicsight PLC and 3mensio Medical Imaging BV have announced a partnership agreement to incorporate Medicsight's ColonCAD and LungCAD image analysis software tools within 3mensio’s medical imaging product offerings.
The agreement allows the incorporation and distribution of Medicsight's ColonCAD and LungCAD image analysis software within clinical applications based on the 3viseon 3-D imaging workstation. The 3viseon CAD applications with Medicsight colon and lung advanced algorithms are designed to assist users in detection of colon and lung lesions and will potentially reduce the ever increasing workload of radiologists, the companies said.
