E-Z-EM’s IRiS 2.0, the latest version of its Injector Reporting information System (IRiS) software package, helps turn E-Z-EM Empower injectors into an integrated data management network.
The patent-pending networking solution for the CT or MR suite lets clinicians track patient ID, creatinine values, GFR (MDRD and Cockcroft-Gault), type of contrast, consumable utilization, E-Z-EM’s exclusive extravasation detection accessory (EDA) and the number of EDA-identified extravasations. All information can reportedly be accessed from the convenience of the desktop. Data can be readily displayed and easily exported to the Microsoft Office Suite for further review, saving reporting and analysis time. Data may be viewed in daily, monthly or 12-month format.
