Swissray International Inc. has introduced its newest DR system, the ddRCompact, which it touts as state-of-the-art DR technology competitively priced. The system incorporates the new digital high-definition silicon solid-state detector with micro lens technology, delivering spatial resolution at low radiation doses.
ddRCompact uses antiblooming technology and ITO processed. It has an active detector area of about 17 inches, and it performs all DR applications on recumbent, standing and sitting patients, including off-detector and off-center applications. System movements are fully motorized and remote-controlled.
The latest generation eXpert control desk automates every aspect of the radiographic procedure. ddRCompact also comes with Swissray’s AutoStitching feature, which automatically combines up to four images and allows the viewing of a single image of long bones with a push of a button.
